This one bedroom apartment over a restaurant was perfect for us. Big, open kitchen/living room with all you need to be comfortable. Fully appointed kitchen had everything we needed, including spices. Full size refrigerator, stove, coffee makers, etc. Bright and airy! Both couches are comfortable and are sleeper sofas if you have more people, which we did not. TV in the living room is nice and big and TV in bedroom is sized perfectly for a bedroom. Bathroom is very spacious with nice towels. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There's also a pocket door to close off the bedroom, bathroom and laundry room from the living areas if desired. Very clean and comfortable all the way around. Comfy queen size bed. Parking for one car is conveniently located behind the apartment by the staircase. Easy climb up the stairs to a great space! Location off of Bardstown Road has so many restaurants and shopping close by. Not too far to drive to downtown Louisville. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
