All was great

James was a fabulous communicator. His instructions for getting and being in the space were clear and prompt, as was his response to our various outreaches. He clearly cared a lot about making our stay the best it could be. We also liked that it was within walking distance (with sidewalks) to Sub Rosa Bakery and other restaurants and shops. He also did a great job decorating the space.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable for us, especially my wife who has a shoulder injury.
