The pool and gym facilities were top-notch! Super kid-friendly and perfect for families. Definitely a great choice for our next group stay in Penang, especially at such an affordable price. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
Just a small suggestion regarding the shower area. The water didn't seem to drain properly, causing some water to pool on the floor. The shower pressure was also quite strong, so water tended to splash outside the bathroom when it hit the door. Hopefully these can be looked into for future guests. Thank you!

The place is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and other places.
The lift can be inconvenient during peak hours due to the long waiting time.

Apartment is okay
The water of pool is dirty, and long wait for the left. Besides taking one day and half for checking to get your deposit back is too much..
