Friendly staff, accessible parking, room was quiet and clean. Plug sockets conveniently located for phone charging. Shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. A basic, simple room that was excellently located for us visiting friends nearby. Bed and pillows surprisingly comfortable - better than several more expensive places we’ve stayed.
There was no breakfast available due to a delayed delivery, the blind wouldn’t roll up as the cord was missing and the tv didn’t work. Bathroom needs a towel hook. Entrance stairs and landing carpet was a bit grubby but the room itself was very clean. No complaints at all though, none of this detracted from our stay.

Great location for public transport , staff so very very friendly and helpful.
Kettle in room, better quality pillows, & an armchair in room would be good. Better double glazing to stop "weed" smell coming from outside smoking area.
