Clean room. They change everyday towels and all amenties. Close to the subway station. Very strict on the 15 check-in but they could store our luggage for us before it.
We knew already that the room would have been small but for the amount we paid we thought to have at least a better service. Almost nobody at the reception speaks a well enough English and they could not understand us. We wanted to send our luggage to our next destination but in a few days not the day after and unfortunately they could not understand us.
After our room was cleaned some clothes were just left on the ground instead back on the bed.

Only one lift for 16 floors rooms are very nice and well equipped but are small.

Elevators taking lots of time and only one machine and one dryer can make things complicated
