spacious apartment, i was actually traveling as a solo female but they had prepared the room for a family of 3. i just needed a place to stay overnight and catch up on work before catching my flight. it had fast WIFI and netflix as suggested. the lobby guard was very helpful with check in process and helping me book a Grab since my mobile service was having issues. The kitchen is equipped with a functional microwave and fridge and had basic amenities. there is a 7-11 and restaurants downstairs.
the AC in the bedroom rattled while switched on so if you are sensitive sleeper this might annoy you but it was fine for me. the AC in the living room was leaking into the plant a little bit. but didn't bother me

The unit itself felt premium. Great location, and interior design.
We thought that the beach was closer, or rather, just next door. We didnt know we had to walk for a bit. Also, the air conditioning did feel suboptimal, and it would take a while for the room to get cold. The two nights felt warm.
