Good location, nice and quiet with parking
Just lacking a few basic essentials i.e. baking tray, tea towel etc

Location very good for my needs. House clean and comfortable. The reserved parking is a big plus for me. Owner always available and ready to respond to my questions.
Nothing really. Rooms and wardrobe are a bit tight but I would say standard for the area. The owner was ready to take up my suggestion for a bit more crockery and cups.

The flat is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a Co-op supermarket nearby. We reported a beeping on the smoke alarm, this was promptly fixed.
The property felt unloved and grubby. It had not been swept or mopped, there were hairs under the toilet seat and a lot of limescale on the bathroom screen as well as on the taps. We had to spend about an hour cleaning on arrival . We reported this but nothing was done, not even an apology. A lot of bowls and cups also had to be washed before use.
There was no bathroom rug in the toilet and no cushions on the sofa.
