Property is nice and clean.
It is really good.
Location is noisy and shady. You can hear loud sirens 24*7.
Also, area is shady. Nothing happened to us but a lot of homeless people on 3rd street which made uncomfortable. We didn't go out during night time due to safety issues.

Very spacious apartment over 2 floors you have everything you could need including a washer and dryer Simon met us and showed us round and was extremely helpful
In need of a little maintenance and sofa had a rip in it but minor thing

We liked the central location of the apartment. It was within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, and the Space Needle, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
There wasn’t anything major we disliked. The apartment met our needs and worked well for our stay. The Wi-Fi router did go out occasionally for short periods, and the water was unexpectedly turned off one morning from around 4 a.m. to 9 a.m., but overall we were satisfied with the stay.
