Location is nice, facilities are good, easy to come in and out of the building.
The pool is easily the highlight of the place. Lovely view from the room and the pool.
Self sufficient flat with everything required to cook and stay.
Just need to walk a lot and has a weird lift switching setup for moving from parking to residences. Can get annoying with a lot of baggage.
Few basic amenities were missing and some maintenance needs to be done. But still totally worth the stay.
The balcony occasionally has pigeons going and sitting on the ledge near the ceiling. Something to think about.

Shopping centar, trgovine i restorani odmah ispod apartmana. Podzemna je na par minuta hoda.
Ponekad se osjeti kanalizacija na balkonu. Komunikacija s vlasnicima bi mogla biti bolja.
