The property was clean and had everything you needed and was in quiet location, had games for kids and good WiFi i literally couldn’t find a problem with the property and the property owner set up and prepared a bbq for us as it was my 40th birthday and i was having family visit for the day, it was such a kind lovely thing for them to do
The clubhouse is in the other park that was a 5-10 minute walk up the road but I was almost grateful for that because no noise but just would of preferred not to walk far as I have a few disabilities but it’s a very small compromise for what you get

Everything was very clean and all the toiletries were there. It felt like a good quality booking
The caravan was TINY. If there had been 6 of us, we’d have had to take turns to sit down and synchronise moving from area to area

It was the right size for us and had two bathrooms which was helpful. The kitchen had what was needed to cook. The outside area was rural and pleasant (despite our neighbours blaring of club music from 9am each day).
The dining chairs were wobbly and the handles on the coffee table were snapped off. The hoover smelled of puke and was full of hair. Dog hair was all over the pull out bed in the sofa. Once we cleaned the hoover it got better ( the smell lessened). These things were easily dealt with and when we told the management, they quickly responded. Despite these minor inconveniences we enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend the unit and property.
