Good location which is near to the mall. Good sized room and property. Comfortable and cozy setup.
Some improvement on maintenance e.g. the basin on the 3rd floor was not flowing well, hot water shower on 3rd floor was not hot enough.

Great location and very spacious.
The living room set up does not work for more than 2 people. We were a group of 3 and had no way to actually lounge and hang out. The bathrooms were very old and outdated. Also we did not realize the two bedrooms upstairs had to share a bathroom which made it very inconvenient.
