Un gîte confortable comprenant 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains, situé à quelques minutes de tout ce que Duluth a à offrir. À un mile de l'UMD et des restaurants prisés du quartier, et à 7 minutes de Canal Park. À quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo des superbes sentiers de randonnée & pistes cyclables de la région.
Notre gîte est niché dans une impasse boisée du quartier de Hunters Park, à l'extrémité est de Duluth.

The property is nicely tucked away and was the perfect size for a small family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need including a keurig for coffee in the mornings. Location was excellent for a quick trip into town for all the touristy spots and restaurants too. The hosts had excellent communication throughout the stay for any issues we ran into and that was so appreciated. The place was very clean despite being a pet friendly place which was nice, and we liked the little touches such as water bowls for your dog to access. Some small things I would suggest to make it even more child friendly for littles would be a small step stool for the sink in the bathroom, and we were unable to use the tub drain as it didn't fit-not dealbreakers by any means but for extended stays of more than a night these would be nice. Overall we would recommend this stay for a Duluth trip for a family with your pet!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and equipped cottage. The quiet wooded back yard was a peaceful place to spend the evening.
