We had a great stay at Riverview 2BR Condo at One Spatial! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus points for having a washing machine, which was really convenient! The only downside was that we noticed quite a few small cockroaches around the unit. Other than that, everything was good, and we still had a pleasant stay overall. 😊

It was near to esplanade, Molo church and Molo mansion, all the staff was helpful and accomodating, the care taker was very polite and took action immediately when I reported about the the faucet from the toilet was broken and she called the maintenance immediately and they fixed it.

Amazing location, right near the esplanade walking trails. Close to molo area which is beautiful and not far from SM mall.
Nothing all good

It was close to everything I wanted to go. The staff were so hospitable and friendly.
The unit is clean however, there were a lot of small roaches.
