Good location. Sweet and charming. Great backyard for my dogs. Great neighborhood for walking. Clean and safe.
If you have noise sensitivity, the AC units might be too loud for you.

Charming, clean and close to downtown Loveland. Everything was set up nicely. Comfortable beds and ac in every room. We stayed for CSU graduation. Drive was 20-25 minutes to Fort Collins.

Huge yard, thoughtful elements throughout, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Honestly, everything was incredibly comfortable.
The ac units - which were incredibly necessary - took up a ton of room. Necessary annoyance.
