Third time staying here. Comfortable studio apartment, 24-hour main entrance security.
Sometimes quite a lot of noise from the road below.

Great place, had all the amenities you needed to cook and hang out without breaking the bank. One of the better deals I’ve found in Cebu. Walking distance to the mall, lots of stores and convenient shops directly by the towers. Room is comfortable, great internet and an actual smart tv so you can binge YouTube and relax.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the mall and food spots. I also appreciated the easy communication with the host.
Everything was fine for me, though those sensitive to traffic noise might find it less ideal.

The noise from the street is the only thing that I would complain about. The people and the room itself is truly nice.
