The location was amazing for exploring the Centro ..staff were wonderful. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant was delicious and the complimentary breakfast and welcome drink were top notch. The property was very secure, well designed and quiet.
We didn’t have warm water for our showers during our stay.

The art all over the hotel was a treat. For where it is, right downtown, it is very quiet. The restaurant at the hotel had a great open space, great food, and great service. The valet parking man was the front man of the hotel; friendly and efficient. The renovated bathroom in the room was an excellent surprise.
Great value, nice, clean, friendly boutique hotel but I would not call it luxury. The main entrance is confusing and not welcoming. You are not sure if you are entering an art gallery, a mall or a restaurant... The front desk is two doors away. Our room was on the second floor with no direct elevator and facing an empty courtyard brick wall. The mattress could be improved. Sadly smoking was allowed in the courtyard restaurant.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. They should serve breakfast a little earlier. 7:30 is already late in some cases.
There is no elevator to the 3rd floor

"The location was great, very close to el centro. Also I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara and it can be difficult to find one that is truly quiet. This one was extremely quiet with no outside ..."
