Newly refurbished old house. Very quiet at the back. Very quiet air conditioner. Near a tram stop. Near supermarket and patisserie. Near main shopping street

Good location very central.
It had the bed spaces we were looking for.
Beds were comfortable .. pillows not so much.
Communication with the company was poor had asked 3 times if we could drop off our bags as we arrived early into Bordeaux never got an actual yes just received a generic information message on the day of arrival.
Be warned this company take the complete cost at the time of booking this is the first time I have encountered this with booking.com. Also deposit is €1,000 received it back 1 week later.
On the apartment a few things unpleasant smell on the communal hall/stairs at times. The toilet’s ( separate to showers) have no hook or rail to hang a towel this is a basic hygiene matter. Sofa was stained and quite a few of the wine glasses were plastic.
