Its location. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and the sheets and towels were of good quality. Zoya was efficient and the few issues we discovered were very quickly resolved.
The kitchen drawers were awkward to open, the apartment was a little dark as the curtains were difficult to draw. The rain shower didn't work effectively. Overall I think the few issues we had could have been avoided if the owners paid more attention and not solely rely on guests pointing out any problems.

It was central and easy to get to.

Great location - a quieter neighbourhood but with so much close by. Super clean and beautifully decorated apartment.
Maybe a few more softer pillows?
