The location is perfect—very convenient and accessible, yet still peaceful and quiet inside the room. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience!

Not bad. Elevator is on the second floor. At least the staff will assist in bringing your luggage up till the elevator.
Note: Breakfast is served on a different location, about a minute or two from the hotel
At one time, we were given a set of towels with holes in them
I had to clean the water kettle because it is almost rusty. I was able to remove some and I hope that in the future they make sure that they pay attention to these things. Other than the water kettle issue... our stay is still a bit comfortable.
The water kettle and the towels with holes.
