It was a really nice and clean house. A very homely feel. Beds were made up nicely. Plenty of towels provided. All the essentials were provided in the kitchen if anyone wanted to cook a meal. There were enough toiletries for us and I liked that there was also face wipes in the bathroom. Heating, hot water, everything worked perfectly.
The hosts were also amazing. Checking in here and there with us to see if anything was needed and if everything was to our satisfaction so im very pleased with that.
All in all we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend.
There was nothing we didnt like

Location was great for attending NEC. Plenty of local supermarkets. Was easy to communicate with host.
Heating and hot water was a little low. I forgot to ask for twin bed set up and only found one set of single sheets.

Excellent location so close to the NEC and Birmingham Airport which was perfect for our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. An attentive host, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be booking again when next in Birmingham.
