The location was great and the facilities provided exceeded expectations
The bed is extremely uncomfortable and warped in the middle, the pillows are awfully flat & they had yellow stains on them

No noise could be heard from neighbors, facilities all worked fine.
Room 306 was a heat trap. No fan was included, which would have been extremely useful during the July heatwave. A fan was requested but nothing was resolved in time before our check-out. Windows could not be fully opened either.

I loved how close it was to old Trafford and only a short ride into the city centre by train which the station is very close by and easy to navigate.
I do think the cleaning could be a tad bit better. We have found afew strands of black hair that wasn’t our own on the bed right as we layed down for a rest. Sweeping under units could be practiced. Maybe a room clean once every 2-3 days. I also would recommend a full sized mirror to be installed and also sanitary products placed in the bathroom for guest to use freely along with the body washes and shampoos

The apartment set up was neat.
The lack of flexibility by the host. Numbers given to communicate only favour those with UK sims and don't take into consideration international travelers.
