Our host Marco was very helpful and responsive. The location of the property, a few steps from the beach, was very convenient. The house was comfortable and well equipped for our needs. It was overall clean but not perfect.
I’d recommend cleaning the floor and corners more thoroughly and also getting rid of the spider webs.

Softer lighting in the living room would be nice, more relaxing than the current bright white lights. Everyone has different aesthetic tastes, but a simple bulb switch would have improved the vibe greatly for my friends and I!

Awesome place! 2 minutes walk to the beach. 4 minute walk from the grocery store and cafe. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and a very useful outdoor shower for after the beach.
The one air conditioner in the hallway and 'swamp cooler' in the master bedroom don't provide much relief from Gaeta's humid nights.
