The room was spacious, tidy and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The shower had exceptional pressure and stayed warm the entire shower and the bed was so comfortable, I woke up feeling very well rested. The room was very well tidied and a container of fresh purified water was provided for drinking. The price of the room was phenomenal for the condition of the room. Definitely up there with some of the best I have stayed in. Would 10/10 stay at this location again
Noisy staff in the morning when I was trying to have a sleep in, got woken up by staff in the hallway outside my room. Movies didnt work on the TV so had nothing good to watch on TV while trying to relax before bed.

I rented an apartment style and it was spacious enough. I did a surgery close by and Citadines Roces has been accommodating. The pool is great size for kids and adult. I also find the staff very helpful
The menu is a tad pricey for Locals. No buffet options for those who want buffet breakfast. It is also different that their lobby is on the 8th floor.

I like the space of every unit.
1. The waiting in line with the one receptionist takes too long, I understand that the client is requesting something that needs to assist but It’s frustrating for us in the lone seeing the other line accommodating faster so the new person in that line is already done than us. I suggest you apply the fork system, one line for the reception then they can call the next in line so the time of the people will not be wasted.
2. No cotton buds as default amenities in the room. Still need to request.
3. Room offered by the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child age 12 years old is not fit in one bed.
