Great location. Free underground parking Great 24/7 security A good place to stay to visit that town

Great view.

Unfortunately for our stay we had leaks into our bathroom from the room above. Also we noticed several cockroaches. The owner did her best to get the leak fixed but it was a holiday and a weekend. The mattress and sofa were incredibly hard.

Disappointing stay

The apartment is spacious (4 rooms: 3 with double beds and 1 with a bunk bed) and offers free parking. There’s a security guard at the entrance, which made us feel safe. The windows offer a beautiful mountain view. The apartment includes a washing and drying machine, and the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like sugar and oil, making cooking easier.

The apartment didn’t meet our expectations. While the view was beautiful, the windows were very dirty, and the master bedroom had an unidentifiable bad smell. Located on the 3rd floor near the road, the apartment was quite noisy with poor sound insulation. Booking wellness services required requesting from the slow-to-respond host, as there was no way to book on our own. The swimming pools are only heated on Sundays and are very cold on other days. The spa and hot tub were dirty, possibly due to nearby construction, and closed by 6 PM or during rain. It’s important to request access to these facilities ahead of time, especially if you’re arriving later. Communication with the host was poor; we had to chase for details and didn’t receive a booking confirmation until we asked. The check-in info came last minute via a WhatsApp voice message, which was confusing compared to the usual Booking chat. We also discovered the apartment doesn’t have a terrace or two hot tubs, as described. Additionally, we were paying in cash, and had to ask how the payment would be handled, as this wasn’t clarified. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money.
