Well renovated bathroom with walk-in shower
Very comfortable mattress with a topper
Nice plump pillows
Hot water and well functioning equipment
Big balcony
Short walk to JBR, the beach and marina mall
Convenient mini markets, pharmacies, shops and cafes under the building
Buildings quite close so view is obstructed
Some construction going on but wasn’t overly disturbing
