For a large gathering in St. Louis, this house is ideal. It's not easy to find a place with 7 bedrooms and accomodations for 10 in such a centralized location. The common space had plenty of room for everyone and a dining table large enough for everyone.The bedrooms were clean, but somewhat sparse. Beds/TVs/End tables. No additional furniture so if you are looking for working desk, you'd have to use the one in the common space on the top floor.AC worked great and the house stayed quite cool even on super hot days. Note that the upstairs room have individual wall AC units.The location is about 20 minutes from everywhere in STL, airport, downtown, etc. And only 5 minutes from Forrest Park. In walking distance are a number of funky restaurants and bars, including our favorite, the Up/Down which has amazingly cheap classic arcades games and pinball.The neighborhood felt safe; we walked at night, but be wary if you stray too far North/East as their are some not so great neighborhoods nearby. But that is the nature of STL. Amazing neighborhoods patchworked with more sketchy ones. There are some amazing old mansions nearby.All in all, a very successful visit and with the number of people we had, quite a good value.

We had a great stay, quick and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Enough space for everyone! We would stay here again. Thank you!

Pros: Big house, plenty of beds, bedrooms, table sitting, towels, garage parking, proximity to the dumpster, heating and air is efficient, 2 washer and dryers, easy to get an uber delivery, proximity to downtown is great.Cons: street parking is over crowded, kitchen has very little counter space, vacant lot next to house is filled with debris and trash, had issues with the water heater, several of the shower options are not very suitable for people over 6 foot tall, 2nd floor bath did not have hot water due to shower valve malfunction, some of the gas stove burners did not light, not the greatest neighborhood but definitely not the worst area to be in.Review: When and if we're ever back in St. Louis I would definitely consider this property.

We absolutely loved our stay in St Louis. It was our first time and the location of this house was perfect to everything that we wanted to visit & see. We were even in walking distance from local restaurants. The house was just as listed on VRBO & super clean.
