Room was great, nice view and great location.
Booking process needs to improve. Was clunky, and given the wrong information more than once. Key pickup was originally right around the corner from the apartment, but changed to 15+ blocks away a week before we were due to stay.

Bedding was stained and smelt horrible , pillows flat , no central temperature control, very hot at night times , door was not able to be locked from the inside , very cluttered balcony , limited tv channels
