Avis

Did not meet our expectations.

No breakfast

Meet and greet non existent, just pointed and said there it is. Cleanliness. Cobwebs on mugs. No hot water in hand basin. Cutlery- no teaspoons, 1 dessert spoon. Tea bags loose on dirty tray. No milk. Bedding had been thrown on. Very hazardous entry to the property down the side of the house. Very high step to access the property.

Free street carpark - not during Rugby season!

There was very little to like about this place. It was extremely dirty and I felt completely unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I rang the bell, knocked and called the host, but there was no answer. The room smelled, the bed throw was visibly filthy, and there was dirt, dust and stains throughout. The bathroom appeared not to have been properly cleaned for a very long time. I had read the previous reviews, so fortunately I arrived with my own linen, bedding and disinfectant wipes, and had to clean the surfaces myself before using the room. I only stayed because I needed somewhere to sleep, and thankfully my own bedding made that possible. Guests should not have to arrive prepared to clean and disinfect their accommodation. For the standard of cleanliness and hygiene, this place should not be listed on Booking.com.

Poor maintainance

Location is good. Apartment if well maintained will be good.

Very dirty. Toilet was stained with stale urine Cobwebs were everywhere Very dirty carpets Water do not flow out of bathroom and sink. More like we had our baths in a puddle of water, even the sink
