Excellent location and easy instructions for parking and to the apartment. More importantly Andrea was fabulous host and was extremely helpful as we had a medical emergency with our daughter which coincided with the hire car breaking down. Andrea stepped in to make phone calls to overcome language barriers and offered his assistance. He did this late at night and was a genuinely helpful person.

Location is great, with great views from the terrace. Andrea is an excellent host. Loved the communication and the energy

The apartment is tiny, but cosy. Is is definitely suited for maximum 2 guests, but it was a squeeze for 3.

Perfect location and amazing view with all the facilities you need for a stay in San Marino. Andrea is extremely helpful and welcoming. I stayed here in 2025 and it was the obvious choice to choose again on a return visit.

Wonderful apartment with a breathtaking view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets! 🌅 The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, and the windows offer an incredible panoramic view that you could enjoy again and again. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Thanks to his care and friendliness, we felt truly comfortable and at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of San Marino, comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere! A special thank you for the wonderful breakfast.
