Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %7 / 10Bon·oct. 2026
The property provided a convenient base for exploring Salento and the surrounding area.
The room had neither air conditioning nor a fan, making it uncomfortable in the heat. Another disappointment was the staff’s lack of knowledge about nearby amenities. They seemed unaware of local snack vendors just a short distance away and a restaurant right on the corner.
Additionally, I was charged an unexpected 5% surcharge for paying by credit card, which had not been disclosed beforehand. Greater transparency about additional charges, better room ventilation and more knowledgeable staff would significantly improve the guest experience.
