Their staff was more friendly, and the bed was very clean
Their door locked up and we were unable to open it til we called for help and it was opened with a knife, with help of other people trying to push it hard. That would put our life into risk what if it was burning then the door was like that.Their kettle for making tea was dirty inside very dirty and the cups. They need to paint the wall it was very dirty.
