Location is great, a nice little private balcony with view of ocean. Convenient, well equipped kitchen.
The house is freshly painted and has comfortable beds and furniture,
The house is quiet apart from adjacent building construction noise during most days.
There were numerous flights of steps between our unit and the outdoor parking space. A warning about this would be appreciated for elderly guests, also a site map showing the position of (locked) entry points to the building.
The television would not work, we put new batteries in the remote but did not improve.
Shower recess needed a good scrub, older tiles, grouting and fittings are difficult to clean, I know.
Everything else was sparkling clean.

It was very clean, functional and had plenty of space for us and our things.It had all the basics that made for an easy stay. The team were very responsive.
It was very much a no frills stay, which is reflected in the cost. Not a real negative just good to know. There was also a fair few stairs and no lift (not very accessible for a pram and definitely not for a wheelchair). It was very tricky to find how to enter/park. A few more instructions on that would have been useful given our after hours check-in with kids, after dark.
