Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We just returned from a week long stay with my family. We were 6 adults, a 4 year old, and two babies. Everything about this property was even better than described. It’s safe, absolutely gorgeous, immaculate, and provided everything we needed during our stay. The living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are so spacious. One of the closets, the size of a room, served as a perfect, dark, quiet space for the provided Pack n' Play. The house is so much closer to the beach than we first thought, and the backyard pool was divine. The community clubhouse, a block from the house is an awesome perk. The restaurant, walk in pool with lots of children, and splash pad were a big hit with our 4 year old grandson. For our family, it was easier to have a chef provide dinners, had groceries and necessities delivered, and didn’t venture off the property. The beach is a grainy sand, with some seaweed, but it didn’t deter our fun, building sandcastles, and playing with all the provided beach toys. The water is clean and there were great waves for bodysurfing with the multiple boogie boards.Even though there are enough beach chairs, and two wagons to bring everything to the beach, we ended up using the local cabana service that set up a canopy, table and chairs on the beach at a very reasonable cost. The host company for the property was also readily available at all times and helped us navigate heating the spa and pool. There are really no words to describe the memories we made here.

The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. I highly recommend this property.

As advertised, was very well maintained and clean. My family and I would certainly stay there again.
