The apartment was clean and tidy, with a working washer and dryer. The swimming pool was fantastic, and it was conveniently located near the city center. The owner was friendly and very helpful. A sincere thank you to the owner and the team. Thank you Booking.com for connecting us with the owner.

We have stayed at this apartment block that is convenient just north of the main area of District 1. It is walkable to the main areas such as the Reunification Palace and Post Office. The block is secure with pass keys and reception. Downstairs there is a coffee shop and in the basement a mini convenience store and takeaway vendors. The 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are comfortable for a family of four. The Aircon is a bonus in each room. The open plan lounge kitchen dining area is social and for the most part adequately catered for eating. The pool and gym on the top floor is fairly quiet and provides fine views over the city. Good shopping areas nearby with Coop-mart plus many coffee shops and local restaurants.

Experience depends on which apartment is selected and the style of decor. You may not always get the one you expect but they are the same size and layout. It is not a tourist area which is fine for us as regular visitors to Vietnam to see family but may not suit others.
