Great! Check in process was easy - although Kozy will not meet you there, they are available online and reply instantly. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed including drinking water. Comfy beds and pillows, and convenient balcony. Location was also very easy, close to the venue we needed to reach (BSD City) as well as Aeon Mall next door (both around 20rb rp via grab). Will definitely stay here again next visit to Tangerang.
