Avis et évaluations

The location is fabulous – right in the heart of rue Cadet, a semi-pedestrianised street lined with restaurants and bars, but set back in its own courtyard so there's no noise disturbances. It's around a 20-minute walk south to the Louvre or north to Montmartre. The apartment is small, but it suited our family of three just fine. The decor is pleasant, and the use of the apartment's limited space is clever. The stay was good value for money.
The apartment's ceiling fan had broken at the height of summer, and the agency turned down our pre-stay requests to install a portable fan. Instead, they invited us to buy our own fans and then charge them back to the agency. (We ended up buying two fans but not charging them back because we took the fans with us when we left.) It was extremely hot. It was also disappointing to find the various toiletries bottles in the shower and bathroom were all empty.

Loved the property, very clean and well equipped with everything you’d need! Great location. Close to restaurants and shops, literally best location possible.
The only minor issues we had were that the fan wasn’t working so the apartment was a bit hot at night and we had to pay for early check-in however the instructions and code were given to us 20mins late. Not a big deal but we were just standing outside waiting.
