Nous avons d’abord aimé l’accueil du personnel, le confort de la chambre, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Annie qui est très accueillante et ses collèges à la réception, à la porte et au petit déjeuner. Tout le monde était au petit soin.

The location of the hotel is superb.
But what stood out the most is the staff!
Luna and Annie at the reception were extremely helpful and kind to us. They helped us with birthday celebration as well as with our planned trips in and out of Hanoi, they definitely made us feel at home!! And the doormen were always welcoming us warmly even when we came back from our late night strolls. We also highly recommend the breakfast. Thank you to the resto staff for preparing yummy phở every morning!

The hotel is lovely and the room was spacious with a very comfy bed and clean bathroom. Even though it’s in the main area of old town which can be very busy we didn’t hear anything when we was in our room ! The entrance, reception and dining area for breakfast are excellent which have been furnished very nicely !

It's located right in the Old Quarter. We only stayed a day because we needed to transfer to a car the next day to head to Sapa and this was central enough that we only needed to walk a few minutes to the pick up location.
The decor is aged. We didnt like the bathroom because it's built in a way that allows the water from the shower to go in between crevices that couldnt be cleaned. The hotel left the window open to keep the bathroom from getting moist (for the same reason) but it was too hot in Hanoi so we had to close it. All in all i think the hotel needs a renovation.
