The property was amazing, really clean and comfortable with functional AC and facilities. Very good location, 2 stops from shinjuku and access to all metro lines. The staff was nice and answered quickly.
We searched a lot and this is definitely the best value for price in whole Tokyo.

Fantastic size and has everything you need!
Location compared to other areas, but nothing walking can’t fix

The name "3stops to Shinjuku station" is so misleading because in reality its a 15 min walk to and 15 min back from the nearest train station. After a whole day of sightseeing or shopping you don't want to drag your bags all the way back to the accommodation. We probably spent more on taxi's than on the accommodation it self...
