the stay was good. Breakfast was also good. Villa was spacious and very clean. 5 minutses walk to the serenity beach. Swimming pool was good and clean.
AC was not working properly. Used to take around an hour to cool the room. Also had to wait for 30 minutes to get seat for breakfast. Every road to the hotel is very narrow so it gets super jammed in peak hours.

Near to serenity beach,spacious rooms.
Location is tough to reach by cars, very narrow roads, drain at the entrance..bad smell all the times. No proper room service. Food at the restaurant is quite expensive n not worth the price. Even water bottles they sell at 3times the mrp. Dont recommend this place for families.
