Avis

4 / 10

This was definitely over-priced (£300 for two nights!) considering the poor quality.

The location was convenient as it was close to Wigan centre. It was quiet.

We booked for 7 people (5 adults and 2 children), therefore needed the sofa bed in the living room. When we arrived there was no bedding for this. I did not get an answer when I queried this on the phone line provided. There were not enough chairs to sit on for 7 people. On the second day one of the dining chairs suddenly collapsed when we wanted to push it back under the table. Quite dangerous! The kitchen was very sparsely equipped: far too few plates and bowls. The cupboards were quite dirty. Not enough medium size saucepans and those that we wanted to use were in a bad state. The gas cooker had one ring that did not work at all. The ignition did not work, we had to use a match to light the flame. Some towels were provided but again not enough for 7 people.

Clean and comfy bed close to Haigh barn

Very clean. Comfy beds and plenty of clean towels

The location was a bit scruffy and the fridge in the lounge was a little odd!!

5 / 10

Nice place to stay but needs new sheets.

Clean ish

Bed sheets were very rough and too crispy, very noisy in the night. Property was very hard to get into, the door handle needs replacing. After a long hard days work we just wanted to get in and have a shower and go to bed.

De bedden waren top. Fris en schoon beddengoed!

Wij vonden het licht overal nogal wit en wat minder gezellig met uitzondering van een staande lamp beneden, maar we zijn met name de deur uit geweest, dus niet zoveel last van gehad.
