It is close to our Samal boat pick up.
The duvet smelled like someone peed on it. It did not smell at first but it did when I shook it

Had everything we needed to start a relaxing stay. A nice mini mart outside too in case you need any other items and are not ready to make a trip to a store. The pool was nice to dip into during the day or as the sun was setting. Easy to relax and pass time away watching Netflix on the TV. Then decide we want to cook something in the kitchen.
A bit of a ways away from the middle of the city. Traffic can be a pain to get through in order for us to get there. This didn't effect us too much as we mostly stayed in the apartment anyhow.
