Close proximity with everything in Davao City.
Prompt rescue from the owner and polite security and utility staff.
The ceiling in the toilet looks like it’s about to fall.
The toilet had a distinct smell.
There are tiny ants that bit us.

Very comfortable and spacious. AC in the rooms was very nice.
More bathroom paper would have been nice as well as sugar for the coffee. Over all the place was great.

It was just ok
One lift was broken- only a single lift in operation for 200 units. The unit itself is old and looks like a housing tenement. No dishwashing soap nor toiletries provided. Sofa could do with a deep clean and so does the whole unit. The toilet stinks the entire time
