Nothing
The fact that I made a reservation a month before, only for me to get there from the airport, tired and exhausted and was told the whole facility was fully booked, mind you I had called to inform them I was on my way from the airport and he insisted I kept coming and when I did he asked someone to take me to some annoying hotel like I didn't know well enough to book an apartment, I was pissed and just left, id never come there again
