Great location, good facilities, good communication.
A window was impossible to open / close (too far to operate). With noise and light outside this was not great, although only stayed for 1 night so could have possibly asked to fix it.

This apartment is well equipped with supplies for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and friendly. The location is near IGA, TrovoJazz, Ceveceria 14 and many restaurants of Zone 4. The building felt very safe amidst the bustle of nightlife. The shower has water pressure AND hot water (rare in Guatemala) :).
Everything was fine... a few things to be aware of. The parking space is very tight and best for small cars. The sounds of nightlight on the weekend will filter into the room. A loft apartment means there are stairs to access the bed and bathroom (keep in mind for mobility needs). It is easier to walk in the neighborhood than drive.
