Convenient location and bonus of having WiFi after originally said not available. Responsive staff.
Noisy and lots of minor niggles. 2 teabags for 4 nights although plenty of coffee pods, no dishwasher tablets, nowhere to hang wet outdoor clothes or towels.

Ease of access, Comfy beds, Nespresso maker, great customer service when you send a message. Warm and toasty!
The shower heads could really use a clean. It has old windows so noise is loud and light comes in no matter how the blinds are positioned. Could use better pillows (quite thin). This may be a preference.

It was very modern and bright.
The shower in the main bathroom needs attention. Could not get hot water from it the first morning and it was very fiddly.
