Jedyny minus - brak zestawu kosmetyków w pokoju. Nie zgłaszałam tego bo milam swoję. Myślę ze ten problem by szybko się rozwiązał po kontakcie z recepcją

Klimat

The room and the bathroom were really large. The room looks like it hasn’t been finished yet. I had a feeling like the place is still being done. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing and strong.

The room is right next to a restaurant, with another restaurant below, so you can hear music and general noise, particularly in the evening. I don’t mean to sound overly fussy, but the room itself felt unfinished and not particularly well thought out. There was a random fold-up table and a huge lamp with a miniature kettle placed underneath it. The kettle cable didn’t reach a plug, so using it safely was awkward and it would be very easy to burn yourself. The bathroom is large, but strangely there is nowhere near either the shower or wash basin to hang or leave towels. You end up walking across the bathroom dripping wet, which also makes the floor very slippery. It’s just a very odd set-up. My biggest issue, however, was the lack of cleaning. We stayed for three days and our room was never cleaned. The bins weren’t changed, the cups weren’t washed and I had to ask for fresh towels. For a hotel stay of several nights, I really don’t think that is acceptable. There is also no reception. The entrance to the rooms is on the other side of the building and staff from the restaurant/bar handle check-in. They were perfectly functional, but there was no welcome, no explanation of the hotel or its facilities and no real assistance. The whole interaction felt very transactional. There is potential here, and hopefully with time the hotel will improve its standards and iron out some of these issues. At the moment, though, it feels more like an unfinished accommodation concept than a properly run hotel.
