Property is in good location
The cost charged in booking.com is too high compared to the facility and local cost

Cleanliness
Room rate is expensive.
Food is also bit costly.
It would be better if a swimming pool facility is added.

Location and upkeep.
Room does not havea AC. It may not be required as the weather is good, but then there is no window with a net so we can take the cool air in. As keeping window open brings in insects. So room becomes stuffy. Some improvement required here.
