Close to the tube with West Brompton less than 10 mins walk and West Kensington a 15 mins walk.
Plenty of space in the property with 4 bathrooms. Everything was clean and bonus plenty of loo rolls. Regular scuffs and marks on the walls and what looks like there had been a previous leak on the basement back bedroom ceiling.
As we arrived in London a couple of hours before check in time we asked if we could drop our luggage to avoid carting it around with us or paying to stash, this was kindly accommodated which was a big help. Plenty of shops, eateries and pubs on the doorstep.
Simple check in with a follow up message checking all was ok
Not so great if you're getting on a bit or have reduced mobility with 2 bedrooms in the basement, living room on the ground floor, bedroom 3 on level 1 and the kitchen on level 2.
We were a mixed group of getting on a bit, poor mobility and as fit as a fiddle which made it difficult for some of us. Sleeping in the basement I never ventured to the kitchen the entire break, and was pleased my daughter had come with us to do what bit of fetching and carrying I needed.

The apartment is very comfortable but the fruit van near the first level bedroom is handled by people who do not care about their neighbours’ comfort . They start off loading fruits in the early hours of the morning.

The location and the amount of space the house provided was amazing!
The apartment itself was clean and well presented with 3 double bedrooms- all en suite with an additional bathroom upstairs in the lounge area.
In the booking information it did mention a welcome basket would be provided, however this wasn’t in the house. It wasn’t a big deal for us at all, but may be useful for other people if they were expecting it.
