La résidence est propre et très calme. Le parking est très pratique surtout qu'il s'agit de la première place face à nous en rentrant. La disponibilité de l'hote d'accueil et sa réactivité.

Un grille pain et un égouttoir à vaisselle auraient été appréciés. Pour ce qui concerne la situation géographique de l'appartement les travaux à VILLEURBANNE et Lyon rendent les déplacements très compliqués.

It took a moment to understand, that the key is not at the same address as the property.

L'emplacement et la facilité pour récupérer les clefs. Et surtout la réactivité de l'hôte qui est très gentils et qui a su répondre à mes questions. L'appartement était impeccable et décoré avec gout. Je recommande ++++

Le seul bémol mais qui est indépendant de la volonté de l'hôte et qui est du fait de l'ancien locataire, c'est le fait que nous n'avions pas de clefs pour le parking et le local poubelle mais sinon tout était parfait.

- You have to pick up the keys and return them to a different address, 15min away - I found the host very intrusive, asking for my ID and my personal phone number outside of the app - Unstable internet, I asked for help and they just dismissed it, saying it was me who couldn't figure it out. In short, the internet didn't work well, and I used up my mobile data - The intercom doesn't work; I ordered deliveries and couldn't get notified. - They put several rules on the apartment door that aren't mentioned before booking and don't appear in the Booking.com listing - There's no washing machine - The apartment is very hot; it urgently needs air conditioning, especially since it's on the ground floor facing the street and it's impossible to open the windows. - They left a weak fan that barely ventilates. - The nearest metro station is a 30-minute walk away, quite far. These are just points to be taken into consideration for improvement. I appreciate the hospitality.
