The owner greeted us at the door and brought in our luggage. He was very hospitable. The neighborhood is in a very tranquil location — clean and quiet streets to stroll, a pond with a sitting area. The home where we stayed was very restful — a lovely view from the balcony and the outdoor seating area was fenced in.
We were on the 2nd floor, and the floor in the bedroom creaked as we moved around in the room, even though the home is only a few years old.

Fantastic location! Only about 6 minutes away from the hotel where my event was & such a good value! Less than half of what the hotel was charging and the bed was SO Comfortable! And the sheets must have been Egyptian Cotton? High Quality! Everything was excellent!
Nothing, I had zero issues with anything

The location is in a safe area and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even the sheets were nice.
You are on the second floor of someone’s house.

Clean, affordable on bus route, free parking, washer/dryer, pool with comfy cute chairs, gym, kitchen, easy to find, took bus from airport to save $20-$50 Uber, bus had 1 transfer and took 1.5 hours. Had great tour of Gainsville on bus ride…. Overall great.
Female traveling alone. Thought it was a hotel accommodation. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a lock on each bedroom door. Other unknown guests coming and going. All was fine but made me a bit uncomfortable. Booked 30 minutes away from destination to have an affordable secure hotel room?!?
Had bathroom to myself and host only booked other side for new guests but would have liked to know prior to booking.
